We want you to be happy with Relay. This policy explains your free trial, your statutory withdrawal rights, and our money-back guarantee. Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle.
1. Free trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never billed. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU / UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. If you request a refund within this period, we will refund the amount you paid. (Where you ask to begin using paid features immediately, statutory rules on partial use may apply.)
3. Money-back guarantee
Even outside the EU/UK, if Relay isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund it.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@relayos.store from your account email with your order or receipt details. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within a few business days.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law (such as the withdrawal right above), we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
6. Merchant of record
Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase and handles billing, taxes, and refund processing on our behalf. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your transaction.
